The title. Wanted to know how promotions are handed, how much of a raise is given and usually during which month is an employee promoted. If anyone has info specifically if in ISG FSDS org would be better.

How do promotions work in ISG FSDS? - They don't!
I forgot to include that the 4th person left voluntarily because they never got the raise they were promised when they were promoted.
No one has been promoted in my part of ISG in the last 4-5 years. 3 of the 4 people I know that were promoted before that have been layed of. The 4th left voluntarily.

They are fewer available these days, and if you are in a country impacted by RTO, you may not be eligible. That said, they are usually announced after EOY or mid-year reviews, as a part of that cycle. The raise part is probably too variable for anyone to credibly answer your question…it’s going to depend on the role, and how HR views your compensation compared to market.
