As a recently departed employee I would not recommend ACI as good place to work. As the most recent post prior to this one dating back to 2023 stated, company morale is low and the culture is far from positive. Management blames the negative culture on the tenured staff which is misguided. Many staff in North America are overworked and under appreciated. Job responsibilities and processes are constantly shifted and code quality has been poor in recent years. The employee rewards program is laughable with staff instructed and expected to award low value points to colleagues. It takes several "recognitions" to garner enough points to exchange it for anything of even limited value. You may even get hired for one role and then shifted to a completely different role, trust me I have seen it happen.
