I was laid off in the latest round. Since then, I’ve been searching nonstop, but most places seem to be cutting staff, not hiring. I know it’s only been a few weeks, but I’m already starting to despair. I don’t see the job market improving anytime soon. At this point, I’d need pure d-mb luck more than a strong resume to land something.
