Do this to make a point. Since none of us have a desk assignment get in at 6am and take the spot your manager sits all the time. Remember no one has an assigned desk. Maybe when they are looking randomly it might click in!

@OP it won’t work. Our entitled LL5 forces whoever is sitting in his favorite spot to move when he arrives.
I usually swipe in, and then leave after a few hours. No one really sees me, as I sit next to someone I don't even know every time I come in. It's a joke.
Hotel desks = another d-mb Ford idea
Imagine the number of meetings and travel costs with lunch provided. How much did it take to come up with this one? 60 page slide deck and loads of statistics.
I have an assigned desk.
I wonder if the government will start considering an assigned desk a taxable benefit.
In some cities, free parking at work is considered a taxable benefit.
Hey, they could tax both! Tax your desk and tax your parking spot.
Im going to go ahead and disagree with this being the pushback. Only small minded want a dedicated desk. Nobody really wants to drive to an office to sit on Teams when they/we can do it from home.
The entitlement is so strong with you all! 🤣
Next up: Daily Cube and chair rental. $39.99 or 2 fer $fifty.....
That's the whole fallacy with the RTO mandate. If you want everyone back in the office, give people an assigned desk. No reason for hoteling if everyone is there every day.
Much of the pushback on RTO is because of this.
