With everything happening let's continue to keep the layoff decisions in the hands of the incompetent. Yeah that will fix this gigantic sh-t show. All the Directors, Sr Directors, VPs, CVPs, EVPs, Fellows need to be looked at very closely. This is not an engineering company. Its Washington politics

Most cvps and VPs directors still all there. Shoulda had 40% removed instead maybe 5%?
They got rid of the CEO, numerous ELT "retired", tons of VPs on the warn act lists....I actually am surprised how much leadership turn just occured over there. No other tech company has flipped leaders so much in the past year
show you how d-mb LBT is or cares that the people that got us in the mess and created the politics and backstabbing are all still here and in charge that includes evps, cvps, vp, directions, and PEs. we didnt clean house this time and so doesnt matter what he does next WE ARE FU---D
For a very long time, Intel measured performance by how you climb the ladder set forth with grade levels such as Principal Engineers, Directors, Fellows, VPs and so on. Compensation and stock allocation was based on this. That racket doesn't work anymore. Until you declutter and flatten this, there is no return!
Yeah, the company needs to "cut costs" but starts LBT with this
