It's still posted if you search for it you'll pull it right up. It depends upon your pay grade and completed years of employment

@ca Start looking. Severance policies can be changed out from under you, and if you have an opportunity to raise your pay by 50% at another org, do you really care about the severance check that they are going to pull a ton of extra taxes out of before you get it? You''ll get some of it back when you file, but it doesn't make sense for most people.

I was curious about that too. I’m debating whether it’s worth waiting it out or just starting to look for another job, especially after being with the company for over 12 years.
