We’re being given subversive warnings that’s any day our job assignments could be terminated. We’ve been told that leadership doesn’t care about you, only about the money and will look for any reason to get you fired. There’s this tempered energy of pins and needles and when your own boss is looking to leave, you know what’s coming. It’s heartbreaking how longtime workers are being kicked to the curb, and for disabled workers, this fairs worse. Bottom line is Optum talks about health, wellness and care but the underbelly is cutthroat. Be prepared, stay focused and keep going

Yes. I know of a director. This person has been targeted for whistleblowing and they finally got their chance to eliminate them. I hate this company. They are evil.
