“Aligning with our long-term strategy” is just fancy talk for “we’re cutting jobs to boost numbers.” Please, don’t act like laying people off is somehow visionary. These are real lives, not lines in your spreadsheet. The worst part is pretending it’s all part of some empowering journey. If you truly believe in growth and innovation, maybe stop gutting the teams actually building the future you love to brag about. Stop dressing up bad decisions in buzzwords and fake empathy. We see through it, and we deserve better.
