Been at Medtronic 10 yrs and hired as a remote worker. Will they make me start going into the office ? I’ve never went in.

This poster is a Troll or an ID10T ..... New employee workday Status as of 9/2 .... Remote, On site. Everyone else is 4 days a week in the office. MDT is very clear on your new employee status. Hope this helps :)
Companies are coordinating with each other to ki-l remote work.
Well, have you read any of the communication on the topic?
Have you looked in workday at what your classification?
Have you had a discussion about this with your manager?
If you haven’t done any of those things you might consider how effective of a remote worker you are. If your first response is to ask an anonymous message board that is typically a cesspool of disgruntled employees, I’d suggest you might be in trouble, not because of any policy, but because you seem disconnected and not engaged…
I heard from a manager that they have hinted at doing a radius check for all remote workers. I.e if within 30 miles of a facility, you are no longer remote
