Most companies with an independent board would have fired Mike by now, given his abysmal performance and the collapse of the company's stock. But since Mike controls the board, we have little to no chance that he'll ever be removed.

Yup, the board seems pretty useless
The facade of economic headwinds continue to be blamed for poor decisions and flawed execution.
