Seems all quiet at both Atleos and Voyix, no post, no news?
Seems like after the split and disruptions all the wakes have smoothed out, everyone seems content and like one big happy family.
Happy for you all, hope things are better.

Cameras in vans? who is it that's going to be watching these cameras? TM's who can't figure out how to schedule a conference call without canceling every time due to scheduling issues. Maybe they will outsource the viewing to some new 3rd world office which wouldn't even know what they are looking at, like Serbians who don't what a mile is or how to drive because of the free bus pass they get being an NCR employee.
@n1 The offshoring will continue until morale improves!
It's no wonder voyix had 40 million in fraud
Wait till the cameras are installed in CE vans, Atleos can just take a peak anytime anywhere. Probably got the idea from hackathon….lets see how many more CE positions can be eliminated by whipping the employees during work to speed up.
Last time Atleos asked CE’s to produce more closed calls (for a reward!) it led directly into layoffs a few months later.
The techs that say ATM calls are easy are simply error clearers, they fix nothing, this guy is simply FLM, not worth more than minimum wage, if the manager pays them 20-30 years wages it’s ludicrous, the manager should be fired.
The lazy guy is a perfect example of uselessness, this is what the company is all about, the older guys fix things right, this type of employee is the new NCR, they order parts that are not needed, multiple site visits, and close the task without fixing it, leaving it for the sr guy to return to resolve the original problem, stating the job is easy but in reality they can’t actually do the job, but collect the overtime and cheating the system the whole way.
The next generation su-ks the hot dog.
I love it here and don't understand why people knock it as much as they do. Our team has a bunch of all timers who complain about how it was better in the olden day's which I don't get because I get paid the same amount they do even though they have been here 20, 30 years and I'm here two. Atms are the easiest thing to repair, I drag each repair out for hours. SU calls for parts even if not needed just to drive and pick it up, not even replace it, just plug it back in to make it work again and always getting a different guard for each call, even if I don't need it, safety 1st. I'll sit in my van playing with my switch and my GPS blocker plugged in so they can't monitor the van running. The best thing is they think I'm doing a great job, because I leave my house on time, and "work" OT when they ask, the greatest scam ever.
Here is an idea. A 50% pay cut for the ELT, 25% for next level down. They don’t do cr-p to generate revenue, waste time an money traveling around for photo ops. NCR has been “top heavy” with managers for many, many years. Time to trim the fat at the top.
Our executive team is busy flying around the world ensuring our off shore teams morale is up, dancing, celebrating, eating, and giving each other high fives while handing out $2 trophies. The US employees are stuck looking at each other wondering when their time is up. This isn't on Serbia, India or Cebu at all. Let them do what they do in their factory scripted $5 salary model. This is 100% on our world class leadership team. Can someone please promote the CEO as soon as possible.
One thing that has become very noticeable is these m0r0ns are spending all of their time and the company's money jetting around the world multiple times - want to know where your bonus and raise are going, it's right out the back of a jet engine!!
Something else, when I look at the videos of them standing in front of large groups in India and the Philippines it stands in stark contrast to the way they interact here at the GHQ. It seems they go to great lengths to avoid the employees here - parking in the assigned spots and then practically running to the freight elevators to avoid the possibility of having to interact with an employee here.
The Indians get to attend an in person all hands where they can interact, we get a video of a group of people no one can identify sitting around a table looking stupid and talking about things no one cares about.
These folks are just as bad or worse than the clowns who preceded them - go figure.
There is a ticking revenue time bo-b leadership is frantically trying to solve. If they don’t, they will have to drastically cut headcount. I can’t reveal any more without risking exposing my identity. It’ll shake out by the end of the year.
Both companies are not good at being honest with their employees, the ones who are still there are trained to obey and follow management, resistance is futile.
All of the folks who would speak up are gone. Better jobs (hopefully) or pulled the plug and retired. All that’s left are “sheep” that either don’t care or have found a safe place to hide.
Expecting something before the quarterly results as usual. Like something similar to what happened July last year.
Calm before the Storm!
