Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Musical Chair v. WFR

Obviously SB was not doing a great job leading CSG if JC decided to shunt him over to Corp Strat and take over CSG himself

All minions deemed not doing a good enuf job get fired or WFR

Funny how so-called leaders have no accountability or shame among themselves but endlessly preach all-in all the dang time to the rest of us

wait... is this story of missing chairs is global story told by managers in recent weeks?

I thought it was standup comedy made for my team.

@cp This is so true. Up until the recent rule of managers needing to handle 20 people and some managers demoted - the management level (mostly directors) never seemed to change. It was always the same people being moved into different roles. Most of whom could barely spell the product names never mind understand them.

The way that things are going here reminds me of an old Dilbert cartoon. The boss is talking about a management shuffle to resolved one issue or another.

I know that Scott Adams is persona non grata but he makes a good point

Happens at all levels. I can’t remember the last time there was an open req that wasn’t immediately filled with a WFR from some other part of the company who knew someone important.
