I've seen both. I've had to layoff in a 1:1 phone call. I was laid off 2 years ago in a large group call. It really depends on the area.
I got hired 2 days later in UHC
Are they usually short meetings with your direct supervisor and HR? Do they usually do it with multiple other peers?
Tomorrow is Optum Learn layoffs onshore due to massive global hiring.
Its not just Optum Tech leaders from Rx OI Health Care Financial and enterprise were in training this week for layoffs tomorrow
