If you're thinking about a job with any of the Gentiva family of companies, think again. You will not get far, they will drop you in an instant, and they reward bad work. I have never been with a company so callously and brazenly playing favorites. I know nursing is tough in NorthEast Ohio, but getting je-ked around and watching some colleagues work really hard only for accolades and raises to go to the LAZIEST is unbearable and disrespectful. I've been in meetings where the sales people who actually do good work are shafted and totally incompetent sales ladies are given preferential treatment.
This was the only job I had that made me consider a total career change. AVOID THIS COMPANY
