Does anybody know how long we will keep the Dallas area office? I still see Pioneer and Danbury people over there.

Pioneer had a 10 year lease on their building. Moving to Hou will depend on getting new tenants. I suspect it will be a gradual set of moves as office space gets leased.
Basically next cycle we'll know who is moving and who isn't. The ones not moving will essentially be the PIP pool

Think we had a 2 year commitment to each company after the acquisition so would think we’re out of Dallas as soon as that expires…
