Being at Dell is like being in an unprofessional, staged TV drama. Most of us want to come and work in a professional, respected environment. Not at Dell. Everyday you are going to come in to some drama, either some new foolish RTO policy, layoff, JC taking on CSG, or some other foolish change for no good reason.
I didn’t sign up here to be part of some dramatic, unprofessional, abusive social experiment. I signed up to work in a professional work environment to make money so that I can feed my family and live my life.
Don’t reply with “you don’t like it leave” or so other waste post like that. At the end of the day, Dell should be better and get some adults from their SVPs up.
I think something is lost amongst these people. They’re nothings. Nobodies. They don’t have power and they don’t have clout. They’re id10ts who will put up with anything for a buck.
We need some real leadership and Dell needs to be better. Way better.
