Waiting a long time for the great PC refresh that never happened. Looks like AI is going to be a long wait too. Layoffs will continue until the great PC refresh and AI happen.

There was an email sent out yesterday from JC. He's taking over CSG from SB. Telco moving to ISG, some other changes... but that's the big stuff.

Pretty sure he has run it before. CSG has been losing share for over a year and their profitability is weak. I am not surprised there was a change. I wonder if JC is just a bridge till some new guy is hired.
He will push more expansion of US processes in other regions without any pushback or analysis with negative effects continuing recent trends
He’s a narcissistic megalomaniac. What’d you expect. When a PC refresh in the industry does happen, by chance, he will take credit for it.
