What’s the latest in NOV? Any chance of a turnaround? Should I sell or hold the stocks? I left a few years ago. Saw a change of the CEO. But the management team seems the same. Almost like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

When the front line managers spend 75% of their time fighting internal battles with HR, Finance and HSE instead of using that energy to interact with customers, the NOV ship is more like the Edmund Fitzgerald....
Titanic, yes. The workers left are trying to bail out the water with buckets. Meanwhile the management eats cake.
