The title says it all. At Dell they are mentally abusive to you starting at JC. They impact your salary and bonus without cause.
Dell didn’t get a low eNPS score by mistake. It was terrible because THEY ARE terrible. Terrible in every way, shape and form.
The executive staff and some of the presidents and SVPs are a bunch of narcissistic megalomaniacs.
This isn’t a “if you don’t like it leave situation”. This is a situation where this company needs some type of intervention to stop this existing leadership from continuing to abuse its employees.
