So many people here seem to think working just means showing up to work. No consideration given to output, the results that the employee produces as a result of working. You don't judge a painter's work by watching him paint the house. All that matters is the end result. So if you need RTO to tell if someone is working, that means they aren't really producing tangible results.

RTO allows managers to actually manage, instead of employees hiding behind Teams 24/7 moving their mouse to make it green every 5 min
