Some of the GPs that are leading the cascade 2 design are not qualified to do so. Despite the known gaps in ability somehow they survived the cut again. 😒

We just got a new GP. Feeling this!! Most of us have never even met them!
@OP, it wouldn't matter what type of leadership role was handling Cascade 2.
There's leadership across the firm who can't lead 1 person or a group.
