Subtle Corruption of Minds (How can one survive or escape from abuse?)

While there are not many valuable traits you learn on the job at EM, one thing everyone gets very good at it is "an ability to live in toxic bubble without as much as even having a cough."

The organization has an overall underpinning of subtle corruption, greed and fear among all its employees from bottom to the very top. It has lawyers and executives who have no vision but have plentiful greed and full of those who have learned to create a fearful company environment to safe guard their non-productive jobs. Next come managers who have ZERO backbone and are quick to continue the false narratives while hammering down the fearful environment. Executives and managers quickly become sna-kes in the grass. The employees follow as they have been brainwashed to live in fear since for many of them EM is the only option.

If you work here you have to have no conscience. The one who remains working all have same attributes. They have given up on this life and greed is the only solace.

When the management and rules for employments are toxic, each employee becomes a scoundrel of the society and starts to hound for anything that they can get like vultures. Some try suc king-up to bosses, many try fake self embellishments on LinkedIn, some are happy to fly business class to international destinations using made up business excuses and others try to grab expat assignments no matter how shltty they are intellectually and professionally.

Add to it all of the "military" managers that are coming in... They are very much hired "g-ns" to lay down the Supreme Leader's law. This is all the definition of a Tyranny.
