How many rounds of interviews are there for a vp ops role say in delaware or tampa? Will they be conducted on zoom or site? Ty all

Similar experience for me. I interviewed with a panel of four on Zoom, and then four weeks later I was offered a job.
As of now 2 or 3 interviews, of those 1 or 2 will be a panel on a zoom call. The other one could be the recruiter screening which can be a phone call.
The process can take forever until you know your faith, or just an email saying that you were not selected within hours.
Admittedly this was 3 years ago but I had one 30 minute zoom call with 4 people. Radio silence and then I was offered 3 weeks later. I am pretty fabulous so there’s that….
