Absolutely. I was in the office and overheard LLs do performance assessments of talent. They were so loud I was shocked how open the discussion was. Expect the layoffs to occur that week.

GTH is to reiterate that all are safe and we are growing, more hiring coming soon, and again focus focus focus
If we are safe until the end of the year I will relax and stop working hard!!!

We're doing mid-year reviews now. I would think after that is complete. LL is eager to pull ahead much of the work..seems suspect.
