The CEO is sending librarian catalog jobs to India where he is from. My guess 6 months this company folds. Bad customer service and terrible service.

I know the company well and this was a long time coming. When they announced the BT India portion management knew then. Profit tanked quick due to lack of cohesion in the company. Micro-management and poor management forced long term people out before they started the layoffs.
