Wonder how much money AppGate has cost the company? Several times I've been unable to send or receive emails or connect to the network for half a day.

Shouldn't this be AppGategate?
It's great to have MD as the head of IT. He is openly g@y and that shows EM supports the LGBTQ community which I’m so proud of! He supports so many of us throughout the businesses which is exactly what we need! Great to have this representation even if it means a less sacrifice in quality of service. Get over it!

Who could've ever predicted that downsizing EMIT and telling all the 'hot shots' to move on would end up with LTA network performance?

This is what you get when you have stupid people at the helm without any accountability. All EMIT architects and managers should seriously be assessed if they can actually perform their jobs, because in reality 80% of them are coordinators and have no clues about their work.
