BJ's is set to announce another restructure next week. Can't wait to hear how they're going to spin this round of JOB CUTS. What new ways will they come up with to make their cost cutting sound like it's for the good of the business and not for increasing their profits?

I knew BJs was a terrible company to work my first day. The management was terrible at the club level, which means corporate must be even worse. Starting with Bob, they just don't have the intelligence to grow this company organically. So they have to cut/demote to create artificial growth.
My advice to every one affected by the restructuring is to do the bare minimum and let the clubs fall apart further than they already are. You will not be successful working more hours and being on call. You will just get demoted again and the money will all go to the top of the org chart.
Let BJs continue to be synonymous as the the "poor man's Costco". Where employees are not paid enough to care.
