5% first year, but if your ranking stays the same, then it can grow even more (up to 15%). Alternately, if you drop in ranking because you are in a more competitive rank group then subsequent raises could be low. Some people actually drop to lowest quintile and get Pip'd a few years after a promotion. Be careful about a promotion to CL 28-29 or executive. Being ranked high in a less competitive RG is better than getting promoted and dropping to pip levels.

I thought it was 5% on top of your merit raise. I’ve gone from CL25 to 27 since 2022 and total raises those years was 12-19%.
