A scary agreement for a global corporation to have a need to request. Any theories on what benefits or wages or federal ordinances they violated that requires an agreement like this be sent to 60000 employees?
Heard of a few. But not I. Seems like giving up your rights for nothing in return isn't a great deal. Believe you can always opt into arbitration later if you so choose, so why give up your rights to have your day in court for no return?
