I heard that the value creation plan is going to include massive offshoring across every single US based department. They’re going to kick this off after YOD closes. Expected layoffs over the next 12 months could quietly reach 30% of existing US employees. Has anybody else heard this yet? How can we be expected to stay motivated in this environment?
