Just a heads up—senior leadership confirmed there’s another round of layoffs coming. HR is already gathering names and suggestions. If your last review wasn’t great, you might be on the chopping block since they’re trying to base this one on performance. And if your department got off easy in the last couple of rounds, it might be your turn this time. Buckle up.

Agree Ajay who has the domain expertise of an intern should be the first to go. My issue is that the people who were removed due to that horrible decision of bringing him on board can’t be recovered. It’s now obvious how much Callan is missed and others that got caught up in this bad situation to make room for Ajay and his new flunkies. Those folks are needed at this time when we’re at a crossroads and it sure ain’t looking good
@OP who is even left to layoff? Everyone I see is working their as--s off. Bad performance is only carried by execs. Here is a good list of people to fire: Niki, Mike, Ajay (best one to start with), Tuckness.
Performance reviews requested to managers without any peer feedback, a couple of weeks before a earnings call? Very very concerning, yes.
