@dt ESRO is the mafia operation that is enterprise cybersecurity. Its headed by a mallcop.
@ay what is ESRO?
@bf Some ESRO findings are pure vanilla stupidity followed by analysis.
Formerly EIS. Theyre the people giving every team a "Security Score" that is really just measuring how many of the Enterprise SaaS "tools" from the teams that they spun up that you are using. Your score can go from 85 to 15 over night with no warning and then ESRO will be going to your Senior VP asking why your team is so incompetent/insecure and throwing their full weight around. Meanwhile their "solutions" dont survive 5 minutes in production.
What is ESRO?
@av Yeah, wondered about OA myself - commercial sales are way down, I have to imagine intersegment will contract and the solution should be beef up outreach but it may just be cuts.
@ay
2 VP's and an SVP in ESRO got walked !
Thats good to hear. That ESRO team has been raising he-l for every team at Optum, and lighting truckloads of money on fire. All that cr-p hasnt done a lick to actually improve any meaningful security posture
ESRO Leadership 2 that I have heard. Official announcement to come out next week of the organization change
Where is Analytics located?
OF too.
