Quick typo: I think you meant "to get the expertise that these almost 800,000 people should have ahead of...?" (rather than "that none of these almost 800,000 people should have ahead of..."), - but understood you indeed.
You would think that a company that does what ACN does and has almost 800,000 employees is ALREADY equipped with what it takes to provide the "consulting" services that are needed in the next two years because they are supposed to think ahead and be strategic (otherwise, what kind of consultancy are they?)...
Strange... they are going out there now that they have all these articles going around about them to "suddenly BUY stuff"...
they need to acquire some boutique thingy with a "very special and unique framework or model" to get the expertise that none of these almost 800,000 people should have ahead of the market need, ahead of the trend?
No, it's a lack of a strategy, but they seems to think the market likes "movements" and in their minds M&As sound like, "look, look, we are having a dreategy, AI, acquisitions, yada, yada, yada..." - "we are moving forward with our great momentum, and investing on good things...."
