Intel board has failed us ! Scientist, engineers and technicians have not failed at all. Plenty of server markets worldwide ! What you can't build a server network ? What you can't sell server configurations to telcos ?

Intel needs to have humility instead of arrogance right now.
Revenue is meaningless unless there is profit.
Anybody can create revenue - just sell dollar bills for 50 cents. Kind of like Intel’s strategy with IFS.

The CEO's comments were inappropriate.
A CEO needs to encourage the staff, not make them feel bad.
As a shareholder of the company, this is what I want him to do: encourage.
How does he say Intel is not in the top 10?
What is his metric? By annual revenue Intel is certainly in the top 10.
The most important next step for Intel is to make 18A successful.
From what was stated by Jon Vinh of Key Bank, the 18A yield is
now 55%. This is pretty good.
Once 18A is successful, Panther Lake, Nova Lake, Clearwater Forest,
Diamond Lake will make Intel successful again.
All of this projects and 18A were completed under Gelsinger.
He should be given credit for the work.
Once Intel is successful again, it would be because of the work Gelsinger did.
In my opinion, the work done by Intel in the last two years is pretty good and on time.
Do not make other people's actions make a feel bad.
Give attention to your work and do it well.
If someone is not willing to give you recognition, it is their problem.
Your skillsets and work ethics will land you your next assignment.
