Well this turned out to be close to reality. Middle management needs to be trimmed, not just the folks who follow orders. There are folks who have no business being 1st, 2nd, or 3rd lines. Many were here 10 years ago and were swept upward when anyone and everyone was getting deals. I wonder how many others will leave on their own after this. Maybe this is why Brett left.
