Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

The managers and supervisors have made their list and don't care who is naughty or nice. They only want to do the upper managements bidding and pip the quota. They will pip thew young, old, male ,female, minority or non minority with absolution. Once they are done the ones they want to retire instead of opting for pip will be gone and the ones who stay and try the pip will either pass or fail. Its all a game we play at exxon every year and every ones invited to play. Well not everyone is invited some special employees are exempt. So stay and play until your times is up or leave this horrible squid game.
