Hybrid Office Collab!

Wow the amount of online collaboration I did by coming in to the office with those not in Chicago while they sit in their homes is amazing!! Honestly WTF?! people are literally hiding out in huddle rooms. Every time I come to the office I spend 3 hours just working from train (1.5 hrs each way). Is RTO really working out? Any success stories out there?

Interesting that our competitors, particularly Experian, values their employees with a remote friendly culture. TU is dropping the ball on this one. Ways of dorking 🤤

Going to the office is useless. Everyone takes calls from their desks. The conference rooms sit empty unless someone camps in one for the day. The number of people in the office is minuscule. No one wants to go back to a pre-pandemic office environment. The world has moved on. I get more done at home.

Friendly reminder, this company had its previous COO fly to Chicago twice a week paid for my company and allowed him to live outside an office. That nutjob of a CHRO destroyed our remote work and went to go destroy Mastercard next

There is no success stories. The funniest part is when you’re in the office and the execs join remotely from their second homes
