I just received surveys from our 401k provider and Dental benefit provider today. I’ve never received these before. Is this a sign that I am going to be part of the workforce reduction or am I overthinking things? My guess is they want my feedback before Dell potentially cancels my benefits.

I wouldn't worry. I received similar surveys every 2-3 years. Waste of time if you ask me since they listen to those surveys about as much as tell dell.

Insurance is a scam, when it’s your time it’s your time. Don’t waste a minute of your life on some BS survey.
The insurance already s&$@s as it is can’t make it any worse.
Probably not. They’re probably doing it so they can get a handle on what benefits they can cut for CY 2026 without getting in trouble with the feds
