Krispy is the next useful id--t after Ragoo. Krispy has been trying to build this VCF for the past decade. It is a disaster. Now every architect and executive who was trying to build VCF have been unceremoniously ousted, we will see how things evolve before this whole scam operation circus is shut down.

3x is the same as full service hyperscaaalers. So why would customeeeeers pay 3x for DIY cloud which is the same as the cost for full service hyperscaaalers? Thanks HRRR for trying to explain the scaaaam.

@2je "VMware is losing customers but maintaining revenues by gouging remaining customers with 10x licensing"
FYI. The average selling price is USD 145 for the last 6 quarters. The 10x is rare but loud, just like transgender men.

C level execs have timed plans for selling that are often years long

Why? They should not get even more rich by holding forever?

c'mon maaaaan. I am smarter than this sick elitist craaaap. Yeah they are geniuses who all like really young lovers.

C level execs have timed plans for selling that are often years long. The public thinks "Jensen Huang must hack little confidence in the future of NVIDIA if he's selling" but that's because they don't understand how it works: 5 years ago he had a board contract to sell now regardless of price, which is why they do such plans so that it's not seen as insider bail-out. Same w Samuelson here, his sales were predetermined years back. Hock has not been "selling every quarter" that's a fact.

VMware on GCP and Azure was working perfectly 5 years back. There is no stickiness to VMware private cloud. The only stickiness was price. Now VMware is driving customeeeers to GCP and Azure at 3x the cost, instead of paying VMware 10x. The entire VMware saleeeees was gutted. The entire support was gutted. After 9.1 the entire engineering will be gutted.

GCP Azure have already reported record growth in their cloud business. I am sure AWS will do too. VMware is losing customers but maintaining revenues by gouging remaining customers with 10x licensing. This is clearly ki-ling one more cloud provider and consolidating the big 3. The acquisition is just a privaaate equiiiity rollup to pull out 45 billion in cash. VMware strategy has nothing to with the AI bubble that is driving valuation. VMware is just a side show. The VMware employees luckily got caught up with the AI bubble. Too bad if you don't make full use of it.

This is a blow off top. Those who didn't sell in the past couple of years will not sell. You are either a seller or not. If you don't know how to manage money then you will not sell. Passive investors don't know how to sell. They just see the stock going up and down. As the stock descends from the blow off top, the passive investors will not sell and will ride this roller coaster all the way to the bottom. That is what the last 10 billion in buybacks are being used for. Setting a top that will never happen again and the passive investors will keep waiting for the top.

Sold it in December at that "height."

Could have waited, but at some point you either want to realize gains or you don't.

"make all the Zhinese and Indians in US rich. That is exactly what we see happening "
Yyyyyeeesss. I'm one of them. Americans are that dummmm - they give their best jobs and all their money to our countries (who actually hate them) instead of their own countrymen. Don't blame us for taking what US tech is freely giving to us!!

How long can you sustain without your income? Your salary and ESPP and RSUs are all tied to the same job that has a high probability of going kaput. Are you banking on the second income in your household? How much pay cut can you take in this job environment? The stock was $150 last month? How low can it go?

>> Aren't insiders just employees

All insiders are employees. All employees are not insiders. Only CXOs can sell because they sign the Buffet giving pledge to the Rosicrucian order. Also, they give up their first born or all of their borns.

These Zhinese and Taiwanese companies are the AI champions. This is so backwards. US trying to scare Zhina into not selling AI from the companies that Zhina owns? Whatever floats your boat. You can believe in anything to keep your sanity and keep paying your loans.

A couple of years back, as Apple went up so did AVGO (them being a primary customer for iphone parts BRCM made), now w AI it's as NVDIA goes up so does AVGO. This will be even more the case w the new Tomahawk Ultra networking chips, which use good old fashion Ethernet tech to scale-up all chips including NVDIA's GRUs while NVDIA uses its own weird proprietary chips for that same connection. So the future is actually good from AI spending for AVGO stock in itself, as the buying and backlog is definitely there. BUT - what matters more than any of this is macro -- tariffs on chips or tech to China one day, then not the next, rinse and repeat. Rates will be cut then they won't, etc. So if you're betting on only AVGO = hold. If you're betting on the whole market and the economy impact of schizophrenic tariffs and its inflation from cost increases and profit margin decrease - take the profit while it's there today cause who the hll knows the new rules tomorrow. peace
