The leadership has zero vision, do not care about anyone except themselves. That includes you and me. We should find another job before UHC becomes a case study in business schools.

Where to? Target, General Mills, 3M, Medtronic, and Wells Fargo are also doing horribly at the leadership level. Even worse than UHG. Minnesota has no shining star company to run to
Sadly, it really would be a good time to move on if you can. We just had to sue Amazon Prime to NOT do a docuseries on us… and the other shoe will eventually drop on the MA investigation (although look I did not drink kool aid but feds set up the risk adj program and uhc figured out how to build the best mouse trap- I don’t think that was illegal) but if a liberal president gets in they will want to make big bad corp. pay so … it will just devolve.
Finally someone said it. Market is tough right now. But all the news and tictok stories on united health care don’t help but we got this.
