How bad will it have to get for the remaining blue badge techs to unionize? All I know is I'd probably make more $ at UPS, who's employees got guaranteed raise percentages for 5 years by striking last summer. Seems like a lot of benefits of working for Intel have evaporated since the good ol days. Maybe LBT should donate his salary back to the company since he's so worried about its failure.

I know "union" is a bad word at intel, but, I didn't know blue badges were complacent cowards who are fine with the CEO making 50+ million per year while he complains of bloat, then nickel and dimes the remaining employees into a negative income trend when inflation is added to the equation.
If you join UPS, be sure to purchase one of the weight lifting belts so you don't burst a hemorrhoid

You will actually have to work at UPS.
That way, instead of getting severance, they just sit you at home and tell you theyre going to find work for you and keep you waiting for 6 months. All while paying you substandard wages for 4 years.
Only exempts have a reason to stay, tech pay is a-s compared to other jobs.
Go ahead and join UPS.

Don’t worry going to be sold to private equity or TMSC and you can unionize your blue ba--s while taking it in the hole.
