@37 That’s not true across the board because I just saw someone get 20% promotion increase in the PBM. HR signed off but no other leadership that I saw. They were probably underpaid to begin with.

CVS caps a promotion raise at 10%. If you negotiate more, it has to go through a HR review, multi leader sign offs and then a review board.

@d6 what about moving from 109 to 110? Does anyone know what the Pat bump is?

If you’re not happy with the percentage you can negotiate

Oh boy...why promote someone when you can just make a lateral move? Asking for a friend.

Depends on current salary and of course to budget. Historically hear it goes 10%-20% change. 20% is rare but does happen

@dw thanks for the insight. Did you have to negotiate for it?

Would be surprised if you got 17.5% in base salary but as stated that may depend… total comp bump might be around there if you factor in equity and MIP bump though.

Tax man takes about half away tho and when you spread it over 24 paychecks, after your pretax and post tax deductions…

Approx 17.5% increase moving from grade 110 to 111 based on the posted ranges. Of course it depends on your current salary.

Knowing this company, probably 10-15% at most
