I'm not the smartest or most hard working person on my team. I don't have a fancy degree from an Ivy. I don't always go into office 2x a week despite being hybrid. I'm not always on time for meetings, and when I am, I don't always have something to contribute.
But what I do have is a good heart, a positive attitude, and a marriage certificate to the director of my group. And that's how I have managed to avoid being laid off!
