That way, people who need the job would have better chances, while the rest of us can happily break up with this sh---y place once and for all. But I guess that would mean no drama or stress - something leadership so clearly enjoys. Gone would be the pleasure of dishing out notices, making us tremble before and broken after.

Management knows that those of us who are good enough to have other options are the only ones holding the place together. Who am I kidding, management isn't that smart.
