Processing teams have skeleton crews because of substandard pay and have worked more than a month straight.
Fulfillment teams are filling orders faster than logistics can process them become no one has been hired on the dock.

I mean the processing crews hours are cut. Whenever the delivery is cancelled, 1 or 2 employees are told not to come in. Overtime is not offered this holiday season.
