I want American managers and supervisors of BTC staff to chime in here, can you plz enlighten us on what the actual salary (in USD) is for BTC staff ? Let’s say BTC Process Engineer CL 23 and then a BTC supervisor facilities CL 27 … what would be their earnings ? Also when these guys come to US on expat they keep earning their base salary of course but with the expat benefits I can’t possible imagine them being much cheaper than American counterparts.
