Well most HC10 people I see are putting comments against BTC. What you should know is that us folks from BTC also get PIP'd.

@es heck, 90% of BTC resources their job back to Houston, they’re the real geniuses who get paid to watch us do their job on top of ours. But don’t worry folks, they hire 10 more in India to replace one in Houston and they all come back to 2 people in Houston to do their job plus 5.

I guarantee the age descrimination, downward pressure and loss of opportunities being experienced at BTC doesn't compare to what is happening at HC10 countries.
Not the same thing at all. BTC “employees” join for a few years as a stepping stone to a better position. The HC10 person you replaced likely dedicated decades of their lives to this company and will now lose everything they worked for.
