Long days, no real breaks, schedules that make no sense. Just grind. Sleep? Maybe four hours if I’m lucky. Feels like we’re just bodies filling gaps, not people with lives. We’re constantly understaffed, and no one in charge seems to care. This isn’t just exhausting, it’s inhumane.
