okc isg. every time i talk about unions or bring them up, i get shut down hard. too many in our org seem to think of it almost like a "4 letter word." more and more people seem scared that they will be fired just for talking about it. it's like nobody realizes that they can fire us for literally any reason because we don't have union protection.

@ex, you are full of cr-p

@cc what's weak about wanting union protections and a say in our livelihood. all of the people on my team have given this company over 15 years of our lives and sometimes over 20. why don't we get a say in something that affects so much of our lives? a union is the only way to be heard.

Dell Slovakia has Technologies Union, still no change, they rather fire Union leader and face charges and paying fine than having voice of people heard

That's the idea CEOs have working hard to get people as you do think bad things about unions, and they success now you are individual fu---d by a company and you're alone.. a shame for the history of rights earned hard by the unions for the working class.

I've worked in unions before. They essentially exist to make sure the worst employees DON'T get fired for cause, and to ensure the good employees can't get a raise based on performance.
