So true you are a mere formula which equates to a pitiful number... a block of cheese would be better than a citi raise...

I wrote about much of the same as I did last year, just in a different format.

The entire time I thought about what a waste of time the process is. Citi management will give you what they want to give you no matter what you write or do.
